The Getty Foundation supports individuals and institutions committed to advancing the understanding and preservation of the visual arts locally and throughout the world.
The majority of our funding is through initiatives that target a particular issue or region, and that are carried out in collaboration with the other Getty programs–the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Getty Research Institute, and the Getty Conservation Institute.

Leadership and Professional Development
The Getty also offers Residential Fellowships at the Getty Research Institute and the Getty Conservation Institute.
